We offer three subscription tiers: Basic ($29.99/month), Premium ($79.99/month), and Enterprise ($159.99/month). All prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to FrontHub Cloud. We do not claim ownership of your content.
We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our services, conduct analytics, and for research purposes.
While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to mediation before pursuing litigation.
