1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FrontHub Cloud services provided by GC SOFT TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD (ABN: 39 691 375 916), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

FrontHub Cloud provides cloud-based business management solutions including:

• Church Accounting Systems
• Corporate Accounting Systems
• Financial Management
• HR Management
• Customer Management
• Inventory Management
• Integrated Management Systems

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated systems to scrape or download content
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing Plans

We offer three subscription tiers: Basic ($29.99/month), Premium ($79.99/month), and Enterprise ($159.99/month). All prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Data Ownership and Usage

5.1 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to FrontHub Cloud. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5.2 Our Use of Data

We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our services, conduct analytics, and for research purposes.

5.3 Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

We are not liable for service interruptions due to:

• Third-party service providers
• Internet service failures
• Force majeure events
• Scheduled maintenance
• Security incidents requiring immediate action

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in FrontHub Cloud, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by GC SOFT TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Reverse engineer or decompile our code
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for data loss unless caused by our gross negligence

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or as otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GC SOFT TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Infringement of third-party rights by your content

10. Privacy

Your use of FrontHub Cloud is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Fail to pay required fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Pose a security risk to our systems or other users

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the services will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to mediation before pursuing litigation.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and GC SOFT TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD.
